All event venues at the Quality Hotel Emerald and Gisborne Conference Centre feature three-metre high ceilings and a contemporary, stylish interior.

The grand Emerald Ballroom is a combination of the Waimata, Turanganui, Taruheru and pre-conference/breakout area event spaces when all folding walls are removed.

A two-room configuration is also available by combining either the Waimata and Turanganui rooms or the Taruheru and Turanganui rooms.

By utilising the adjoining Pool Courtyard and Grill Room Restaurant across the courtyard, cocktail functions of approximately 800 people can be accommodated.
